Our Koa wood bookmarks are made in Hawaii at our KoaWood Ranch studio, using 100% Koa wood from our conservation program. Each bookmark originates from a larger piece of lumber which is resawn by hand on the bandsaw and then sanded down. The wood is then laid under the laser cutter for its final cut before being coated with semi-gloss lacquer and finished with a black leather pull tie.
